Please read the Description below and apply if this sounds like you!! MVD Express is a privately owned Motor Vehicle Office that is known for it's outstanding customer service.

We have great hours!-

* FULL TIME SCHEDULE-  You must be flexible between the hours of 7:45 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday- Friday

8:45 am-3:30 Saturday.


 The focus of this position requires a specialist orientation to completing detailed, accurate work based on established guidelines. 

Job tasks and performance expectations regarding quality of work and accuracy are well defined by existing standards, systems and technology. 

A conscientious, disciplined approach to work is essential. Consistent, error free work, produced in a steady, methodical manner is key measures of job performance success.

Job knowledge and competency is built through formal training and on-the-job practice with cooperative peers. 

 To meet the goals of the organization, and to support the needs of people to achieve accurate results, the job environment is structured, even paced, and cooperative.

  The development and maintenance of harmonious working relationships is critical to support the nature of repetitive, detailed and accurate work. 



Assist customers with motor vehicle needs --- walk in and/or by telephone. 

Greet customers with a positive attitude!

Review Documents for Accuracy and Compliance.

 Communicate Effectively with Different Types of Customers.

 Use Critical Thinking Skills and Problem Solve with Simple/Complex Transactions.




Skills / Requirements


*Must Smile!

*Develop and maintain cooperative and harmonious relationships with a wide variety of people, will have frequent contact and communication with a wide variety of people.

*Must be helpful, supportive to team members.

*Must be Friendly, outgoing communication style, Agreeable, understanding of other styles, attitudes and behaviors.

* High School Diploma or GED. (College is helpful!)

* 6 months of Extraordinary customer service experience.

* No DUI‚s, criminal record or unpaid NM taxes!  We will conduct background investigations.

* Computer Navigation Skills

*Must be able to work at a steady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work Repetitive procedures and routines, supported by established guidelines Complete tasks one at a  time according to procedures.

*Must be able to work within established standards and procedures.

* Math/cash handling skills.

* Bilingual skills are HIGHLY preferred (Spanish)

New Hires will attend a paid  training session on MVD processes.
